Friends of St. Peter's School (PTA)
Role Helpers for Fireworks Night
Description Friends of St. Peter's School is a dedicated group of parents, carers, staff and supporters who raise funds to provide additional resources, equipment, and enriching experiences for the children.

Fireworks Night is one of the school's major fundraising events of the year. Because this year's date coincides with an INSET day, the team is short of parent volunteers and is warmly welcoming support from the wider community. Helpers are needed for just one evening to assist with running stalls, including the raffle, tombola, games, bar, and candy floss.

No prior experience is necessary — just a willingness to lend a hand and help create a fantastic evening for the children and local families.
Time Commitment Friday 23rd October, 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm (one evening only)
Location St. Peter's C of E Primary School, Fabians Way, Henfield BN5 9PU
Skills and Experience None required; friendly attitude and enthusiasm welcome!
Age Restrictions 18+

Further Information Fireworks night is one of our school's biggest fundraising events, raising vital funds that directly benefit our children and school community. Without enough volunteers, we may sadly have to reduce the number of stalls we can offer, which means missing out on valuable fundraising opportunities. We really don't want that to happen, but we can't do it without your help! We're only asking for ONE evening of your time, and your support would make such a difference. If you can spare a few hours to help make this fantastic event a success, we would be incredibly grateful.

Please get in touch by email if you are able to assist or would like more details.
