Role Volunteer Driver
Description We are a community car club providing affordable accessible and sustainable transport to help local people stay independent and connected.

We are looking for volunteer drivers to help members of the community travel safely to appointments & social events. By providing friendly, reliable transport, enabling passengers to remain independent, stay connected.
Time Commitment Flexible, depending on the volunteer’s availability could be as little as one hour a month.
Location Henfield – Vehicles are located in Henfield Library carpark and The Henfield Hall Carpark
Skills and Experience No specialist experience is required – Just a full driving licence, confidence behind the wheel and a friendly, patient and reliable approach. You should enjoy meeting people and be happy to support members of the local community, including older or less mobile residents.

Further Information Full training and support will be provided. This is a very flexible volunteering opportunity – there is no regular commitment required and you can choose which journeys you are available to help with. Even just an hour a month can make a real difference to someone in our community. It’s a lovely way to meet people, give something back locally and help residents stay independent and connected.
