Role	Funding Co-ordinator OR Vegetable Gardener / Field Team Member
Description	Shine for Life is a Community Interest Company providing Equine and Nature Assisted Therapy at our Community Conservation Care Farm. We have two distinct volunteer paths available: 1) Funding Co-ordinator: Working closely on an ad-hoc, part-time basis with our founder to prepare funding applications, secure grants, and widen our reach so we can support more people. 2) Experienced Vegetable Gardener / Field Team: Co-leading our community garden project, maintaining the growing beds, or joining the wider field team to care for our 18-acre site, farm animals, and local wildlife.
Time Commitment	Flexible / Part-time. Funding co-ordination is ad-hoc. Gardening and field team slots depend on your availability and growing season needs.
Location	The Field of Dreams, Henfield, West Sussex (fieldofdreamssussex.co.uk). Funding role can be done remotely/hybrid.
Skills and Experience	• Funding Co-ordinator: Ideal for someone with previous experience in grant writing, fundraising, or bid development. Strong communication skills are a must. • Vegetable Gardener / Field Team: Looking for a knowledgeable gardener with hands-on vegetable cultivation experience to co-lead. For general field team roles, just a willingness to get stuck into outdoor care farm work!
