The Henfield Haven is a community hub providing day care for those living with dementia, social activities and a friendly café.
Activity Volunteers - assisting with activities for people living with or without dementia. Café Volunteers - taking orders; making hot drinks; serving food; taking cash (as appropriate). Kitchen Volunteers - helping with food preparation; washing up; serving food. |
| Time Commitment | Ideally you would be able to commit to a regular day and time. Typical opening hours are weekdays 10am - 3pm. |
| Location | The Henfield Haven Hewitts Henfield BN5 9DT (behind the Shell Service Station) |
| Skills and Experience | No specific skills are needed but experience of working with people living with dementia or the elderly would be an advantage. |
| Age Restrictions | 18 and over. |
