Role Course Maintenance & Grounds Volunteer
Description Horton Golf Club is proud to be a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) that relies on the dedication of its community to keep the course in beautiful playing condition. We are looking for hands-on grounds volunteers to assist with a variety of outdoor upkeep tasks, including:

• Maintaining, strimming, and mowing the tee boxes.
• Cutting back overgrown shrubs and trees encroaching on the course.
• Digging new ditches and clearing existing ones to improve drainage.
• Staining and weatherproofing timber fencing, covered ways, tables, and benches.
Time Commitment Flexible. Work hours can be arranged around your schedule, fitting seamlessly into the typical weekday or weekend daytime routines of the club.
Location Horton Golf Club, Henfield, West Sussex.
Skills and Experience No prior greenkeeping experience is required! We are looking for individuals who enjoy fresh air, working outdoors, and taking pride in practical, manual work. Full on-the-job training will be given for all maintenance tasks, including complete Health and Safety briefings.
